Job Overview:
The Customer Service and Tenant Relations Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role is key in maintaining positive relationships between tenants and the property management team, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and be skilled in conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, requests, and issues promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist tenants with lease terms, maintenance requests, rent payments, and general property-related matters.
- Mediate and resolve tenant complaints or disputes to ensure a positive living or working environment.
- Process tenant complaints and maintenance issues, ensuring they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and issue resolutions.
- Communicate important updates to tenants regarding maintenance schedules, policy changes, or other property-related matters.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, front office management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Job Overview:
The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of one or more properties under the company’s portfolio. This role includes overseeing tenant relations, managing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with local, state, and county regulations, and maximizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, combined with a keen understanding of property management and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction by maintaining open communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Lease Management: Handle leasing activities, including preparing and executing lease agreements, renewing leases, and conducting move-ins/move-outs. Monitor lease expiration and enforce lease terms.
- Rent Collection & Financial Oversight: Manage rent collection, track overdue payments, and enforce rent policies. Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital improvements.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant local, state, and county laws, including health and safety codes, fair housing laws, and environmental regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement cost-saving measures, monitor property performance, and recommend improvements to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate property records, including financial statements, tenant communications, and maintenance logs. Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior property management staff, including leasing agents, maintenance staff, and other team members.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Certification such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or similar is preferred.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
- Experience with managing multiple properties simultaneously is highly preferred.
3. Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Accountant in the Finance department is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role is crucial to ensuring the financial health of the company, managing cash flow, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing tax filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work with financial software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Budget Management: Collaborating with property managers and senior management to prepare and manage property budgets. Monitor budget performance and provide insights into variances.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing to the right accounts, and resolution of any payment discrepancies.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and balanced.
